Contexte technique

The Scrum Lead has to ensure the Development Team’s perfect understanding of the product and the whole consistency of each Sprint.

  • Manage the product backlog (create & prioritize features and user stories)
  • Craft the roadmap for the Developer portal
  • Lead the technical refinements with the team
  • Communicate and align with your stakeholders +Perform market research and seek improvements for your products based on user needs / expectations
  • Build the product’s big picture including its roadmap and translate this picture towards the development team
  • Clarify the need and draft the product’s key functional specifications according to the agile methodology
  • Iteration planning and priorities definition to ensure the proper content delivery
  • Defines the priorities and monitor the Product Backlog, thus he continuously prioritizes the key business needs
  • Make sure that the different stakeholders become and stay aligned on the product to be delivered

Profile

  • You have experience with agile coaching in IT infrastructure environments
  • You think in terms of processes and are fascinated to continuously improve them
  • You have knowledge and experience of day-to-day operations tasks in infrastructure teams and you have technical knowledge of network, data center, cloud and security.
  • You have experience as a Scrum Master
  • You encourage cross-functional squad operations. Encourages real collaboration, everywhere.
  • You are used to working with a group and building dynamics.
  • As a born and experienced communicator you make connections and stimulate conversations: within the team, with business stakeholders. In short, you succeed in turning a group into a team.
  • In addition to talking, you can also listen well and ask questions and you have coaching skills, you understand what communication means and you have extensive experience with this.
  • Decisive is who you are and what you do, you do not wait, but take the lead and are the sparring partner for the Area Manager.

Contexte d’affaires

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master for a software development team (according to Scrum principles)
  • Knowledge of the technology used by the development team (components)
